Process Flow:
Billet heating (1200-1300ºC) → rough rolling (dephosphorization, initial forming) → finishing rolling (shaping) → cooling (air/water cooling) → straightening → cutting → inspection and packaging
Features:
High strength: through high temperature rolling, grain refinement, good mechanical properties.
Wide range of size: common side width 20-250mm, thickness 3-24mm.
Selection Recommendations:
Prioritize hot rolled angle: if high strength and low cost are required (e.g. building load-bearing structures).
