Process Flow:
Flat steel production process mainly consists of raw material preparation, heating and rolling, finishing three core components, of which the hot rolling process is the mainstream production mode, through the continuous casting billet heating and rolling after a number of molding, with finishing equipment to complete the size and surface quality control.
Key technology links
Continuous casting technology: optimize steel composition control (carbon content of 0.12%-0.20%) to improve billet quality. 
Automation control: the finishing unit adopts live set automatic control system to realize the production without stacking and pulling steel. 
Surface treatment: High-pressure water descaling and shot blasting treatment ensure the surface finish (Ra≤12.5μm).

           We have our own machining centre and large diameter pipe factory, we can provide you with the factory photos and production line videos you want, and                you are always welcome to visit our factory.

           We can meet customers' international product certification, such as: GB, EN, JIS, Australian Standard and so on.

            MOQ and lead time will depend on specific products. We mainly deal in stock and can deliver in 2-3 days. However, for special requirements, customisation               is required and lead time is needed.
