Usage:
Construction, machinery

1. Hot-rolled I-beams
Process flow:
Billet heating (1200 ºC) → rough rolling (initial molding) → finishing rolling (sizing) → cooling → straightening → cutting
Characteristics:
Low cost, high efficiency, suitable for mass production.
There is oxide skin on the surface, which needs to be sandblasted or galvanized.
2. Welded I-beam
Process flow:
Steel plate cutting → assembly (web + wing plate) → welding (submerged arc welding / high-frequency welding) → orthopedic → flaw detection
Features:
Can be customized oversize (e.g. height > 1m), but the weld seam needs to be strictly tested.
Applicable to non-standard size or special materials (such as stainless steel).
3. Cold-formed I-beam
Process: Cold rolled steel strip is formed by roll pressing, the thickness is usually <6mm.
Characteristics:
High dimensional accuracy, smooth surface, but the strength is lower than hot rolled.

           We have our own machining centre and large diameter pipe factory, we can provide you with the factory photos and production line videos you want, and                you are always welcome to visit our factory.

1. Availability of international product certification and industry certification (e.g. ISO, CE, RoHS, etc.)

           We can meet customers' international product certification, such as: GB, EN, JIS, Australian Standard and so on.
            The factories under our company have met the ISO certification, ROHS and other certifications.

        4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? Is it in stock? How long is the lead time?
            MOQ and lead time will depend on specific products. We mainly deal in stock and can deliver in 2-3 days. However, for special requirements, customisation               is required and lead time is needed.
