Hot-Dip Galvanised Steel Pipe / Electro-Galvanized Steel Pipe
Base material: Q195, Q235, Q345, ASTM A53.
Galvanising process:
Hot-dip galvanising (HDG): thick zinc layer (≥80μm), strong corrosion resistance, suitable for outdoor environment.
Electro Galvanised (EG): thin zinc layer (10-30μm), smooth surface, suitable for indoor use.
Execution standard:
National standard: GB/T 3091, GB/T 13793
International Standard: ASTM A53, BS 1387, JIS G3442, EN 10240
Other certifications: ISO 9001, CE (test report available)
Excellent Rust Protection: The zinc layer provides cathodic protection to prevent the steel pipe from rusting, with a service life of up to 20-30 years (outdoor environment).
HIGH STRENGTH & DURABILITY: Suitable for load-bearing structures, scaffolding, guardrail, etc., resistant to pressure and impact.
Various surface treatments: can be customised with pre-galvanised or post-galvanised to meet different anti-corrosion needs.
Convenient installation: threaded or welded, suitable for quick construction.
